RAADIANZ  is a strategic enterprise delivery, business advisory, and performance  coaching services provider founded in London in January 2022. It was  born from Julien’s rich and diverse career as a Management Consultant,  which began in 2006 and evolved across a wide range of business,  delivery, and performance-focused environments.

Over  the years, Julien identified a clear gap in the marketplace: a shortage  of well-rounded, globally minded consultants who combine strategic  thinking and delivery capability with outstanding interpersonal and  coaching skills. Too often, organizations receive advice without  practical implementation support, or delivery expertise without the  human insight required to elevate team performance in a lasting way.

RAADIANZ  was created to bridge that gap. Its purpose is to help clients improve  both business performance and staff performance quickly, effectively,  and sustainably through a practical, people-centered approach that  connects strategy, execution, and coaching

Julien  Raad is a French-British strategic advisor, enterprise delivery leader,  and performance coach with more than 20 years of international  consulting experience. Over the course of his career, he has supported  senior leaders in translating strategy into action, aligning  stakeholders, and delivering complex transformation outcomes across 19  countries and 4 continents.

Before  founding RAADIANZ, Julien built his consulting career with  BearingPoint, Baringa Partners, and Capgemini Invent, advising clients  across strategy, enterprise transformation, operating model design,  change leadership, and performance improvement. He is known for  combining structured thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and coaching  capability to help leaders and teams perform at a higher level.

His  international track record reflects a rare combination of enterprise  delivery leadership, executive coaching, and people-centred  transformation support. Having worked across public sector, government,  technology, consumer, retail, energy, and financial services  environments, Julien brings both global perspective and practical  execution to every engagement. Fluent in English, French and Arabic (spoken) he brings a highly international perspective shaped  by work across diverse sectors, markets, and cultures.

Beyond  consulting and coaching, Julien is also a classically trained pianist  and music producer with a strong interest in creativity, performance,  and personal balance. His interests in music, chess, and wellbeing  reflect the same discipline, focus, and continuous improvement mindset  that he brings to his professional work.
